Usually the landlord will request a holding deposit in order to state your intention to rent the property and have it taken off the market. A number of checks will be performed for example, references, credit checks, right to rent, income. Once passed this will be followed by signing the agreement, full deposit, inventory checks and viola, your keys!
Do you handle relocations within the UK?
We currently only handle relocations from abroad but if demand grows, we will look into it.
What if I am unhappy with the utility provider?
You are always free to switch to another internet provider. You have the right to switch your energy supplier if you pay them directly for your gas or electricity.
Switching suppliers won't improve unreliable service. Since energy suppliers have no way to get electricity into your home, your public utility company will still be your provider because they own all the poles and wires. So it may only get you a better deal or offer.

What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a third party who agrees to pay your rent if for some reason, you are unable to. The guarantor accepts legal responsibility for your contract. Typically, you might be required to have a guarantor if you are a student, not in full time employment or income is under 2.5x your annual rent.
Do you help with viewing the property?*
We are able to provide virtual viewings or videos for some of the properties.
What happens if we don’t like the accommodation options offered?
We understand that sometimes the properties available may not be suitable or your offer maybe unsuccessful.
However we are unable to offer an unlimited search but we may arrange additional viewings for a limited time.
How do you find my “perfect home”?
After taking details of your preferred accommodation choices, we tap into our network of rental agencies and can sometimes access rental properties before they are advertised to find the best fit.
Do I have to pay all the fees upfront?

We use Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment
merchants, to process our payments which means we don’t store any of your financial information on our site. Your payment is
processed directly through their encrypted servers giving you the right protection.

Do you provide pre-departure services such as visas, immigration, flight bookings?
Unfortunately we don’t currently provide pre-departure services, but we see the demand and aim to please, so do contact us.
Do I have to select all services?
You don’t have to; you can always add on more services as you go along.
When can I request for your services?
We recommend you make contact prior to your planned moving date. We will still be able to assist you even after you have moved to the UK.
